If any furniture store in our trade area advertises identical merchandise
at a lower price within 30 days of your Shock's purchase, we will refund
the difference plus 10% of that difference. You need only bring a copy
of the ad to Shock's Customer Service.
Return Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will accept the return of stock merchandise for reselection, within 24 hours after delivery (except for mattress and box springs). Special orders, however, are not cancelable and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Special Order Policy Special orders are not cancelable. Every efforts will be made to obtain prompt delivery. However, some orders may be subject to delays beyond our control and are not cause for cancellation.
Delivery Policy Our deliveries are scheduled by locations and routed in the efficient manner possible. We deliver within a morning or afternoon time frame, selected by you and your salesperson. Our delivery tea,m will place the furniture where you request it. Please make sure the room is ready when our delivery team arrives. In the event that doors, staircase banisters, etc. need to be removed in order to place furniture, please make sure this is completed prior to the designated delivery time. Shock's does not offer removal services of old furniture. (We cannot move pianos or appliances.
The following are our furniture moving rates: $40 for the 1st pieces and $10 for each additional piece.
